The following notification made under Article 19(1) of the UK Market Abuse Regulation ("UK MAR") relates to the acquisition of 126,702 ordinary shares in the Company by Leonie Schroder and certain members of the Company's principal shareholder group ("PSG") to whom Leonie Schroder is connected.  This announcement is made in accordance with Article 19(3) of UK MAR.

On 13 March 2025, the Company issued 5,023,417 ordinary shares out of treasury to its Employee Benefit Trust, which will use them to satisfy awards under the Company's employee share schemes. As a result of the dilution resulting from that issuance, the members of the PSG obtained a right pursuant to Note 11 to Rule 9.1 of the Takeover Code to purchase a number of additional ordinary shares in the Company and therefore increasing the aggregate voting rights held by the PSG without triggering an obligation to make a mandatory offer for the Company pursuant to Rule 9 of the Takeover Code.
