Remuneration Committee Membership

Schroders plc announces, pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.11, the following changes to the composition of the Remuneration Committee: 

·      Nichola Pease and Robin Buchanan will join as Members of the Committee; and

·      Ashley Almanza will step down from the Committee.

The changes will take effect from 1 October 2014.
