Letter of Intent: Acquisition of Playtech plc and disposal by the Company of Finalto
On 17th October 2021, Schroder Investment Management Limited provided a Letter of Intent regarding our intentions in relation to 10,792,688 shares.
In accordance with The City Code on Takeovers and Mergers, Rule 2.11 (d)(i), we advise that, subject to clause 2.6 of the letter of intent, we have disposed of a further 800,963 shares, and are no longer in a position to accept or procure the acceptance of the Offer, in relation to those shares.
Our intention in respect of 9,401,699 shares, being the remainder, remains as described in the Letter of Intent.
