In accordance with Rule 3.1.2R of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Schroders plc (the 'Company') was notified on 15 and 16 May 2013 of certain transactions by Directors and PDMRs in shares of the Company.  In compliance with Rule 3.1.4R of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company notifies the market of the details of the transactions.
