Interim Dividend

for the year ending 30 September 2019

The directors of Schroder UK Mid Cap Fund plc have declared the payment of an interim dividend of 3.80 pence net per share for the year ending 30 September 2019.

The details of the dividend payment are as follows:

Ex-dividend date:                                  11 July 2019

Record date:                                          12 July 2019

Payment date:                                        9 August 2019

Dividend per share:                               3.80 pence

A final dividend for the year ending 30 September 2019 will be proposed at the Company's next Annual General Meeting, as in previous years.
