Share Buyback - Closed Period

The Company announces that it has appointed Winterflood Investment Trusts to undertake share repurchases ("Share Buyback Engagement"), within certain pre-set parameters, during each closed period of the Company. The Share Buyback Engagement commences with effect from 4 July 2024 and shall remain in effect until terminated. The Share Buyback Engagement shall be irrevocable, and the parameters may not be amended, during a closed period.

Any shares purchased pursuant to the Share Buyback Engagement will count towards the Company's general buy back authority, as approved at the Company's AGM (or subsequent AGM).

The Company confirms that it currently has no inside information.
