Publication of Circular and Notice of General Meeting
The Company has on 8 November 2024 published a circular (the "Circular") containing a notice of a general meeting to be held at 4.00pm on 25 November 2024 at the registered office address of the Company at 1 London Wall Place, London EC2Y 5AU. The purpose of the meeting is to propose certain amendments to the Company's investment policy. The amendments are being proposed as one of a number of steps to enable the Company to apply the "Sustainability Impact" label and continue to be considered an "impact fund" under the FCA's Sustainability Disclosure Requirements and investment labelling regime.
The Circular will shortly be available for inspection at the National Storage Mechanism which is located at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism and is available on the Company's website at www.schroders.com/SBSI.
