Schroder BSC Social Impact Trust plc (the "Company") announces that the Directors of the Company have declared the payment of an interim dividend of 2.94 pence per share for the year ended 30 June 2024 on the ordinary shares of the Company.

Ex-dividend date:	14 November 2024
Record date:	15 November 2024
Payment date:	20 December 2024
Dividend per share:	2.94 pence

The Company intends to use the interest streaming regime applicable to investment trusts. This interim dividend is made up wholly of an interest distribution of 2.94 pence per share.
