The Directors of Asian Total Return Investment Company plc have recommended the payment of a final dividend of 3.25p net per share for the year ended 31 December 2014.  Subject to shareholder approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting on 29 April 2015, the dividend will be paid on 30 April 2015.
