Asian Total Return Investment Company plc (the "Company") announces a correction to the information contained in its announcement dated 17 December 2014 in relation to an external directorship of Mrs Alexandra Mackesy, a non-executive Director of the Company.  Mrs Mackesy remains a director of RENN Universal Growth Investment Trust plc, which entered members' voluntary liquidation on 10 December 2014, pursuant to a special resolution of its shareholders.
