Annual General Meeting

Asian Total Return Investment Company plc (the "Company") announces that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held at 31 Gresham Street, London EC2V 7QA on Friday 29 April 2016, resolutions numbered 1 to 11 as set out in the Notice of Meeting were duly passed.

These resolutions included a unanimous vote in favour of an ordinary resolution to approve the continuation of the Company as an investment trust for a further three year period.
