Schouw & Co. — M&A Activity 2016

In continuation of Company Announcement No. 3 of 29 January 2016, it is hereby
confirmed that the formal requirements for Schouw & Co.’s acquisition of the
Danish EMS manufacturer, GPV International A/S, have now been fulfilled.

Pursuant to expectations, the transaction is finally effected from 1 April
2016, and as of this date GPV International will become recognised in the
Schouw & Co. consolidated financial statements.

Schouw & Co.’s Interim Report for Q1 2016 is scheduled for release on Tuesday 3
May 2016; furthermore, the Company’s ordinary Annual General Meeting will be
held in Aarhus on Thursday 14 April 2016.
