Experienced Marketing and Business executive joins HGL Limited Board of Directors

HGL Ltd (ASX: HNG) is pleased to announce the appointment of Cheryl Hayman as a NonExecutive Director of HGL Ltd, effective 1 December 2016.

Cheryl has over 30 years of extensive strategic and marketing experience derived from a corporate career spanning both local and global organisations.

A professional independent non-executive director, with a current Board portfolio including ASX listed Clover Corporation Limited, public unlisted and not-for-profit organisations, Cheryl holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of NSW and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Commenting on Cheryl’s appointment to the Board, Peter Miller, Chairman said: “We welcome Cheryl to the board, and look forward to her contribution to HGL.
