HNG Annual General Meeting – Key Dates

Hancock & Gore Limited (ASX:HNG) (the Company ) is pleased to advise that its Annual General Meeting ( AGM ) will be held on Thursday, 12 February 2026.

Further information relating to the meeting will be advised in the Notice of Annual General Meeting, which will be distributed to shareholders on or about Tuesday, 13 January 2026.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1 and the constitution of the Company, notice is provided that the closing date for receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director at the AGM must be received at the Company’s Registered Office no later than 5:00pm (AEDT) on Monday, 22 December 2025.
