Change of Venue
Annual General Meeting
Dear Shareholder
HGL has been advised that the AGM venue previously notified to shareholders has become unavailable due to the ongoing COVID situation in New South Wales.
As a result, the location of the AGM has been changed, with the date and time of the meeting remaining as previously advised.
The HGL Ltd 2022 Annual General Meeting is to be held at:
Wesley Conference Centre, 220 Pitt Street, Sydney
at 11:00am on Wednesday 2[nd] February, 2022
Shareholders will need to abide by the relevant COVID rules enforced by the venue. This currently includes QR code check-ins and mandatory mask wearing indoors.
