Trading update

This announcement contains inside information for the purposes of Article 7 of Regulation 596/2014.

The Directors of Scholium Group plc (the "Group") are pleased to provide an update on trading for the 12 months ended 31 March 2022.

Following on from the profitable interim period ended September 2021 the Group has continued to trade profitably for the six months ended 31st March 2022.

The Board has taken the decision to close the Mayfair Philatelics business. A provision for any residual costs and charges arising from its closure is expected to be charged to the year-ended 31 March 2022 as a discontinued business expense.

The Group remains well capitalised with over £9.3 million of stock and cash of £0.7 million at 31 March 2022.

The Directors expect to release the preliminary statement relating to the results for the year ended 31 March 2022 by the end of August 2022.
