Retirement of Finance Director

Scholium Group plc ("the Company") announces that Peter Floyd, Finance Director and Company Secretary, has informed the Board that he wishes to retire from the Company on 17 April 2022 after nearly five years with the Group. The Board expresses its sincere thanks to him for his contribution to the Company, the Board and to the committees to which he has attended.

The Company will announce his successor in due course.
