Further to the announcement of 5 April 2017, it is now confirmed that Simon Southwood will step down from the Board on 4 August 2017.  The Board would like to take the opportunity again to thank Simon for his assistance over the last few years.

Scholium Group is pleased to confirm the appointment of Peter Floyd to the Board.  Peter,  whose Schedule 2 paragraph (g) disclosures were set out in the announcement of 5 April 2017, will assume the role and responsibilities of Finance Director with immediate effect.
