CHANGE OF HEADQUARTERS AND PRINCIPAL PLACE OF BUSINESS IN PRC

The board (the ‘‘Board’’) of directors (the ‘‘Directors’’) of Scholar Education Group (the ‘‘Company’’) hereby announces that with effect from 1 March 2021, the address of the headquarters and principal place of business in the People’s Republic of China (the ‘‘PRC’’) of the Company has been changed to Room 401–410, 4th Floor, Yunfeng Garden, 29 Youyi Road, Jianan Community, Nanhu Street, Luohu District, Shenzhen, the PRC* (中國深圳市羅湖區南湖街道嘉南社區友誼路29號雲峰花園4層401–410 室).
