
Weekly Share Buyback Reporting
Rueil-Malmaison (France), November 24 th, 2025 – The share buyback program has been authorized by the Annual General Meeting of May 7, 2025 under the 16 th resolution. The authorization given to the Board of Directors to purchase the Company's share as part of a share buyback program pursuant to the provisions of Article L. 22-10-62 of the French Commercial Code and European Regulation (EU) no. 596/2014 of April 16, 2014 on market abuse. Details on the Share buyback Program are set out in the 2024 Universal Registration Document (Chapter 7 - Information on the Company and its capital).
Pursuant to such agreement, Schneider Electric repurchased 145,000 of its own shares (representing c. 0.03% of the share capital of the Company as of December 31st, 2024) from 17th November to 19 th November 2025 for a final total purchase amount of 33,247,050 €. These buybacks are made with the purpose to meet obligations arising from long term incentive plan granted to employees and corporate officers.
