Schneider Electric completes Planon transaction
Rueil-Malmaison (France), December 17, 2020 – Further to the announcement made on 16th November 2020, Schneider Electric, the global leader in digital transformation of energy management and automation, is pleased to announce that it has successfully completed the strategic minority investment in Planon Beheer B.V. ("Planon"), a leading software provider in Building & Workplace management.
Schneider Electric owns 25% of Planon, and the investment will be accounted for under the equity method.
