Schneider Electric, partnering with Temasek, continues the process with Indian Competition Commission on proposed combination ¹ of its Indian Low Voltage & Industrial Automation Products and L&T Electrical & Automation business

Rueil-Malmaison (France), 19 November 2018 – Following the announcement made May 1st, 2018 on the proposed Combination, Schneider Electric today confirms that, in line with the expected timelines of the process, the Indian Competition Commission has initiated process for further review of the proposed Combination. Schneider believes that the proposed Combination is highly beneficial to consumers across India as well as for the Indian economy, and will continue to work with the Indian Competition Commission in the following months as part of this review process.
