Schneider Electric finalizes its acquisition of ASCO Power Technologies

Rueil-Malmaison (France), 31 October 2017– Following the press release of July 27, 2017, Schneider Electric announces today that it has finalized the acquisition of Asco Power Technologies ("ASCO"), a leader in the Automatic Transfer Switch ("ATS"). The acquisition enhances Schneider Electric's EcoStruxure Power Platform in key markets and segments. Asco will form part of the Group's Low Voltage (Building) business.
