Schneider Electric finalizes the sale of its Transportation Business to Kapsch TrafficCom AG

Rueil-Malmaison (France), April 4, 2016 – Following the press release of December 14, 2015, Schneider Electric announces today that it has finalized the sale of its Transportation Business, one of the recognized providers of mobility worldwide, to Kapsch TrafficCom AG. The business generated revenues of €125m in FY2015 and was consolidated under the Infrastructure business of Schneider Electric.
