- Providing loan/financing assistance to the Company’s employees to subscribe to Schneider Electric SE’s shares and granting employer matching shares to the Company’s employees under Schneider Electric SE’s Worldwide Employee Share Ownership Plan 2025; and

- Approval on Material Related Party Transaction(s) of the Company.
