Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, the 16[th] day of February 2021 inter alia :

• To consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2020.

• To consider recommendation of Dividend for the year 2020, if thought appropriate by the Board of Directors.

Further, as per circular issued by BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited dated February 3, 2014 and December 18, 2013, respectively, the exchanges are hereby informed that the ‘Trading Window’ of the Company is closed from January 1, 2021 and shall remain closed upto February 18, 2021 (both days inclusive) for the above purpose, in compliance with the Company’s Code on Prohibition of Insider Trading.
