Sub.: Corrigendum to the AGM Notice dated June 2, 2020

With reference to the captioned subject, this is to inform that the Company has issued a corrigendum to its Shareholders.

Reference is made to the Point 5 of Notes to the Notice convening 57[th] Annual General Meeting of the Company. Due to typographical error, the cut-off date for Dividend entitlement was mentioned as June 23, 2020. The corrected para of the AGM Notice should be read as under:

Point 5 to the Notes - The Dividend on Equity shares as recommended by the Board of Directors and if declared at the AGM, will be paid within statutory time limit of 30 days, as under:

• a) To all beneficial owners in respect of shares held in dematerialised form as per the data made available by National Securities Depository Limited and Central Depository Services (India) Limited as at the close of business hours on June 22, 2020 .

• b) To all Members in respect of shares held in Physical Form as per the Register of Members of the Company on the close of business hours on June 22, 2020 .

Save for the above, all other information mentioned in the Notice of the AGM will remain unchanged. The Shareholders are requested to take note of the above.
