With reference to our letter dated February 12, 2020 on ‘Intimation of 57[th] Annual General Meeting’ (‘AGM’) of the Company to be held on Thursday, April 23, 2020, this is to inform the stock exchanges that considering COVID-19 Pandemic situation, Government directives and to ensure health and well-being of all stakeholders, convening of 57[th] AGM as intimated above has been postponed.
