RE: WESTFIELD TRUST (ASX/NZX: WFT) INITIAL DIRECTOR'S INTEREST NOTICE

We refer to the Appendix 3X that was lodged with the Exchange on 29 May 2002 in relation to Ms Jillian Broadbent, a director of Westfield Management Limited, the responsible entity for Westfield Trust.

It has recently been brought to our attention that the Appendix 3X lodged did not disclose certain securities in which Ms Broadbent had an interest at the time of her appointment to the board of Westfield Management Limited. Accordingly, an amended Appendix 3X and NZX Disclosure of Initial Director Relevant Interests are attached for lodgement.
