Oslo, May 24, 2016: Scatec Solar ASA is pleased to invite investors, analysts

and other stakeholders to a Capital Markets Day in Oslo on May 31, 2016 from

08.30 to 13.00 CET.

The main objective for the Capital Markets Day is to provide insight into how

Scatec Solar creates and captures value as an integrated independent solar power

producer. Members of Scatec Solar's management team will hold presentations

covering key topics including:
