Key information relating to the cash dividend to be paid by Scatec Solar ASA

Oslo, March 16, 2018: Reference is made to the proposal for the notice published

as of the date hereof, whereby the Board of Directors of Scatec Solar ASA

('SSO') resolved to propose to the annual general meeting to be held on April

23 2018, a dividend of NOK 0.78 per share (based on 103,412,432 shares

outstanding).

The following key dates for the dividend are proposed by the Board of Directors:

· Dividend amount: NOK 0.78 per share

· Declared currency: NOK

· Last day including right: 23 April 2018

· Ex-date: 24 April 2018

· Record date: 25 April 2018

· Payment date: 15 May 2018

· Date of approval: 23 April 2018
