Scatec Solar ASA: Shares trade exclusive right to receive dividend

Oslo, 8 May 2015: Reference is made to the annual general meeting's resolution

to distribute a dividend of NOK 0.27 per share, made on 7 May 2015.

The shares of SSO will trade exclusive the right to receive the resolved

dividends from and including today, 8 May 2015 (based on regular T+2

settlement).
