SCATC – Disclosure of shareholding

17 September 2024. Scatec Innovation AS (“Scatec Innovation”) has today sold 7,132,339 shares in Scatec ASA (the “Company”), representing approximately 4.5% of the share capital in the Company, at a price of NOK 80.50 per share for a total transaction size of NOK 574 million (the “Transaction”).

After the Transaction, Scatec Innovation holds 7,000,000 shares in the Company, representing approximately 4.4% of the Company. Scatec Innovation has entered into a 90-day lock-up agreement for its remaining shares in the Company.

ABG Sundal Collier ASA acted as sole bookrunner in the connection with the Transaction.
