On 15th July 2022 BlackRock, Inc acquired 1,001,495 shares and voting rights in Scatec ASA,

resulting in a shareholding of 8,297,265 (5.22%) shares and voting rights.

The chain of controlled undertakings through which the shares and voting rights are

effectively held is attached at Appendix A.
