On 15th September 2020 BlackRock, Inc acquired 14,419 shares and voting rights in Scatec Solar ASA, resulting in a shareholding of 6,890,153 (5.00%) shares and voting rights.

The chain of controlled undertakings through which the shares and voting rights are effectively held is attached at Appendix A.
