ICAV - Incentive Active Value Master Fund and Incentive

Active Value Long Only Master Fund, and discretionary

investment manager for four managed accounts; Gothic

Corporation, Gothic ERP LLC, Gothic HSP Corporation and

Gothic JBD LLC, has on September 21th 2017 bought 327,000

shares of Scatec Solar ASA on behalf of the four managed

accounts. After the transaction, the funds and the managed

accounts together holds 5.205.732 shares equaling 5.04

percent of the issued shares and votes in Scatec Solar ASA.
