Scatec Solar ASA - Transfer of shares

Oslo, 19 August 2015 - Board member Alf Bjørseth has received 39 835 shares in

Scatec Solar ASA. The shares were received after Kanorådet Invest AS distributed

its shareholding in Scatec Solar ASA to its shareholders. Alf Bjørseth owns

18.03 % in Kanorådet Invest AS.

Subsequent to the transfer, Alf Bjørseth owns 39 835 shares in Scatec Solar ASA,

corresponding to a shareholding of 0.04%. In addition, Alf Bjørseth owns 51.50 %

of Scatec AS,a company which together with consolidated parties, own 27 482 339

shares in Scatec Solar ASA, corresponding to a shareholding of 29.29 %.
