Oslo, 25 September 2019: Reference is made to the announcement published by

Scatec Solar ASA ("SSO" or the "Company") on 24 September 2019 regarding the

private placement (the "Private Placement").

Argentos, a company owned 100% by Raymond Carlsen, CEO of Scatec Solar, was

allocated 172,414 shares. Total holding after the transaction is 2,987,848

shares and 141,952 share options.

Gisele Marchand, Board member in Scatec Solar, was allocated 2,586 shares. Total

holding after the transaction is 2,586 shares.
