Scatec ASA: Fixed income investor meetings
Oslo, 3 November 2025: Scatec ASA ("Scatec") has mandated Arctic Securities, DNB
Carnegie, Nordea and SB1 Markets to arrange a series of fixed income investor
meetings commencing Tuesday, 4 November 2025. A NOK 1,250 million (expected)
senior unsecured green bond issue with a 4.25-year maturity may follow, subject
to inter alia market conditions.
The net proceeds of the green bond issue shall be applied towards repayment of
outstanding corporate debt and general corporate purposes as set out in the
Green Financing Framework.
