Scatec Solar ASA: Successfully completed new senior unsecured green bond issue

Oslo, November 11, 2015: Scatec Solar ASA has successfully completed a NOK 500

million senior unsecured green bond issue with maturity in November 2018. An

application will be made for the bonds to be listed on Oslo Børs.

DNB Markets, Nordea Markets and Swedbank acted as joint lead managers for the

contemplated bond issue.
