The Swedish Competition Authority claims prohibition against Kronfågel's acquisition of Lagerbergs
The Swedish Competition Authority (Konkurrensverket) today made public that it is going to court claiming to get a prohibition against Kronfågel AB's, owned by Scandi Standard, acquisition of Lagerbergs.
Scandi Standard disagrees with Konkurrensverket's assessment and will now review the submission and consider its options.
