Nomination Committee for Scandi Standard for the annual general meeting 2022

The nomination committee for Scandi Standard AB's (publ) annual general meeting 2022 consists of the following members:

• Andreas Hofmann (chairman, appointed by Investment AB Öresund);
• Johannes Wingborg (appointed by Länsförsäkringar Fondförvaltning AB);
• Christian Johansson (appointed by Lantmännen);
• Tim Floderus (appointed by Eva Qviberg); and
• Johan Bygge (chairman of the board of directors of Scandi Standard).

The nomination committee is to prepare and make proposals to the annual general meeting 2022 regarding:

• elections of the chairman of the annual general meeting, the chairman of the board of directors and other members of the board of directors to be elected by the annual general meeting as well as the auditor;
• resolutions on the remuneration to members of the board of directors elected by the annual general meeting that are not employees of the company as well as to the auditor; and
• amendments to the instruction for appointing the members of the nomination committee if such are considered to be necessary.

Shareholders who wish to submit proposals to the nomination committee are welcome to do so in due time before the annual general meeting 2022 so that the nomination committee has time to consider the proposals.
