Payment of dividend resolved on by the annual general meeting in Scandi Standard AB (publ)

At the annual general meeting in Scandi Standard earlier this year, it was resolved on a dividend of a total of SEK 2.30 per share to be paid out in May and September 2024.

The annual general meeting on 3 May 2024 resolved on a dividend of a total of SEK 2.30 per share to be paid in two equal payments of SEK 1.15 per share. The first instalment was paid out in May 2024. The record date for the second instalment is Friday, 20 September 2024. The second installment of the dividend will be paid out through Euroclear Sweden AB on Wednesday, 25 September 2024 (SEK 1.15 per share).
