Scana ASA – Increase of Share Capital Registered

Bergen, 19 January 2024: Reference is made to the announcement by SCANA ASA (OSE: SCANA) on January 15th, 2024, regarding the exercise of share options associated with the share option program by primary insiders.

The share capital increase pertaining to the issuance of the new shares has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The Company's new registered share capital is NOK 452,392,900 divided into 452,392,900 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 1.
