Scana company completes the sale of its shares in Scana Korea Hydraulic

Bergen 11 May: With reference to the stock exchange notice of May 2nd 2023 (https://newsweb.oslobors.no/message/589244) we hereby confirm Skarpenord completed the sale of its shares in Scana Korea Hydraulic.

NOK 15 million of the proceeds will be used to reduce long term bank debt.
