Scana ASA: Increase of Share Capital Registered

Bergen, 10 October 2023: Reference is made to the announcement by SCANA ASA (OSE: SCANA) on September 28th, 2023, regarding the exercise of share options associated with the share option program.

The share capital increase pertaining to the issuance of the new shares has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The Company's new registered share capital is NOK 449,972,900 divided into 449,972,900 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 1.
