Scana Industrier ASA - Registration of share capital decrease and share capital increase

Reference is made to stock exchange announcements regarding completion of a

rights issue, write down of the nominal value and reverse split in Scana

Industrier ASA (the "Company").

The Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises has today registered the

completion of the share capital decrease and the subsequent share capital

increase.

Following the registration of the share capital decrease and the share capital

increase, including issuance of an additional 9 shares to cater for the reverse

split, the Company has a share capital of NOK 107,511,831, divided on

1,075,118,310 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.10.
