New Share capital registered.

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice of August 11'th 2010. The new

share capital in Scana Industrier ASA of NOK 209 617 187,50 divided into

167 693 750  shares has been registered in the Norwegian Registry of Business

Enterprises.

The share capital increase is done in connection with the exercise of employee

share options as announced August 11'th 2010.
