Exercise of employee share options - New share capital approved
Out of a total of 1,350,000 exercisable options, employees in Scana have
exercised 360,000 options.
The board of directors has today pursuant to authorisation granted by the
Company's Annual General Meeting, decided to increase the Company's share
capital by NOK 450,000 by issuing 360,000 new shares, of par value NOK 1.25
related to the exercise of employee share options.
Following the increase the Company's share capital will be NOK 209,617,187.50
divided into 167,693,750 shares.
Options exercised by primary insiders:
Rolf Roverud has exercised 100,000 options in the Company, corresponding to
100,000 shares at the price of NOK 6.50. Following this transaction Rolf Roverud
owns 311,716 shares in Scana Industrier ASA.
Per Ravnestad has exercised 100,000 options in the Company, corresponding to
100,000 shares at the price of NOK 6.50. Following this transaction Per
Ravnestad owns 2,074,900 shares in Scana Industrier ASA. The Shares are
controlled through Mr Ravnetad's ownership in Panda AS and International
Oilfield Services AS.
Jan Henry Melhus has exercised 50,000 options in the Company, corresponding to
50,000 shares at the price of NOK 6.50. Following this transaction Jan Henry
Melhus owns 55,000 shares in Scana Industrier ASA.
Inge Kvalvik has exercised 40,000 options in the Company, corresponding to
40,000 shares at the price of NOK 6.50. Following this transaction Inge Kvalvik
owns 68,528 shares in Scana Industrier ASA.
