Herkules Private Equity IV (Jersey-I) L.P. and Herkules Private Equity IV (Jersey-II) L.P. (collectively, "Herkules") have today sold 72,837,775 shares in Scana ASA (“Scana” or the “Company”) (19,076,709 and 53,761,066 shares in Scana, respectively), representing 16.53% of the share capital in the Company. After the transaction, Herkules holds no shares in the Company.
